Veroorzaakt Mockberg sieraden of horloges een nikkelallergie?
Nee, maar als je zeer allergisch bent, raden we je af om metalen sieraden te kopen.
Hoe verkort ik mesh horloges?
Stap 1: Gebruik een schroevendraaier of iets dergelijks om de sluiting los te maken.
Stap 2: Schuif de sluiting om de lengte aan te passen.
Stap 3: Schuif de sluiting terug om het slot te beveiligen.
Hoe verkort ik een metalen horlogeband?
Alle horloges met een metalen band moeten worden aangepast om goed om je pols te passen. Wij raden aan om een horlogewinkel te bezoeken en hen te vragen om je te helpen de band in te korten. Wat betekent 3 ATM?
3 ATM op een horloge biedt basisbescherming tegen onbedoelde spatten, regen en handen wassen, maar het is niet geschikt voor zwemmen of duiken.

Voor leveringen naar Nederland bieden wij de volgende mogelijkheden:
DHL Parcel Connect: 2 tot 4 werkdagen - 8.90 EUR of GRATIS voor bestellingen van meer dan 100 EUR
Deutsche Post: 3 tot 5 werkdagen - 6.90 EURof GRATIS voor bestellingen boven 100 EUR
Fedex Economy: 2 tot 5 werkdagen - 11.90 EUR of GRATIS voor bestellingen van meer dan 100 EUR
Bij Mockberg heb je altijd 60 dagen de tijd om van gedachten te veranderen vanaf de dag dat je pakket bij je plaatselijke servicepunt of bij jou thuis werd afgeleverd. Je kan een retour aanmaken door de instructies hier te volgen.
Retourkosten binnen Zweden 39 SEK.
Retourneren kost 14 EUR binnen de Europese Unie.
Retourkosten buiten Europese Unie is 16 EUR.
Het product moet ongebruikt zijn en er uitzien zoals toen je het ontving.
Alle barcodelabels moeten op de producten en de zakken blijven zitten, omdat ons magazijn alles scant met handcomputers en daarom geen producten kan accepteren die geen barcode hebben.
Al het beschermende plastic moet intact blijven en het product moet worden geretourneerd in de doos en met het bijbehorende zijden zakje.
Alle sieraden moeten in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd. (In het ritszakje met streepjescode, zijden zakje en doos).
Houd er rekening mee dat we geen retouren accepteren voor gegraveerde of aangepaste producten, waaronder alle artikelen uit onze Signature Collection. Deze producten worden met de hand gemaakt volgens jouw specificaties, inclusief de keuze van diamantmaten, wat elk product uniek en persoonlijk maakt. Daarom zijn alle aankopen van deze op maat gemaakte producten definitief.
Als er tekenen zijn dat het product is gebruikt, accepteren wij de retourzending niet.
Als de retourzending niet wordt geaccepteerd, sturen wij deze naar jou terug en worden er geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht. Het is aan de klant om ervoor te zorgen dat het artikel onberispelijk, correct en geverifieerd is om te worden geretourneerd.
Voor pakketten die niet tijdig bij het afhaalpunt worden opgehaald, behoudt Mockberg zich het recht voor om je administratiekosten van € 15,- in rekening te brengen, ter dekking van de retourverzend- en administratiekosten.
Zodra wij je retourpakket hebben ontvangen, verwerken wij je retourzending binnen 14 dagen. Tijdens het hoogseizoen kan dit langer duren.
Zodra de retourzending is goedgekeurd en de terugbetaling heeft plaatsgevonden, ontvang je van ons een e-mail waarin wordt bevestigd dat je retourzending is goedgekeurd.
24 maanden horlogegarantie
Alle horloges hebben een productgarantie. De productgarantie dekt alle productie- en materiaalfouten gedurende een periode van 2 jaar vanaf de leveringsdatum van de bestelling.
Goed om te weten:
De garantie dekt geen slijtage, onzorgvuldig gebruik of schade door ongelukken. De garantie is alleen geldig als de onderhoudsinstructies worden opgevolgd.
Bewaar je bestelbevestiging; deze dient als je garantiebewijs.

It's nice but as I live in the NL and there are no Mockberg stores here, I wish I was somehow able to adjust the size myself or there were partner stores where I could get a similar service to adjust the strap for free or at a reasonable rate. It would help to have recommendations where I could get this done, or better adjustability. Also, the instructions could do a better job at explaining how to lock and unlock the strap. I figured it out of course, but just that extra touch would have elevated the experience, because it was a bit confusing at first and there are no videos or instructions provided.

The delivery of this watch is over a week past due at this point. Very disappointing that there is little to no communication with the product not getting received in a timely fashion.

All in all I like the watch but I would appreciate if there would be a pin in the set to adjust the bracelet to fit my wrist. Also which is more important the clip feels unreliable, I already had it opened accidentally, so this can be improved.
